These Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services apply to all transactions between us Wonderfully Well Made, and any sale of goods and services by Wonderfully Well Made to you. Please read them carefully.Wonderfully Well Made reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services from time to time by updating this page. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and a contract is only formally created once your offer to purchase is accepted by us. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order has been accepted. These terms and conditions, together with the prices displayed on our website and third-party provider i.e. teachable, delivery details, contact details, and any document expressly referred to in these Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the sale of goods and services by us to you. These Terms & Conditions of the Sale of Goods and Services do not affect your statutory rights.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. The information, including all drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website third-party provider i.e. teachable are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services in order to assist your purchasing decision.
As such all goods and services advertised are strictly subject to availability. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, however, all information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at any given time may not always reflect the position at the time you place an order. Every effort is made to ensure that all the information on our website is correct at the time of viewing. Wonderfully Well Made shall not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential loss arising from any inaccurate images or descriptions.
PRICES AND CANCELLATION BY US
The price payable for goods and services will be stipulated on our website at the time you place your order, or via correspondence upon making an enquiry for bespoke services. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and services ordered plus delivery where applicable. The prices shown are in UK sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. For addresses outside the UK and Ireland, the final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your debit/credit card company processes the transaction. Any currency fees or delivery charges are extra. All orders are subject to stock or time availability. We reserve the right to cancel your order if – there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods and services you have ordered; or – there is insufficient time to carry out the requirements of your order; or – we do not deliver to your area or cannot find a cost-effective postal carrier to do so; or – one or more of the goods and services you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error; or – your payment is not authorised or is refused. If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed. If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for inconvenience or disappointment suffered.
DELIVERY OF GOODS and Services TO YOU
We will deliver the goods and services you have ordered to the email address you provide us with for delivery at the time you make your order. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods and services within the times specified in the Delivery information page but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our or the dispatcher’s control. Any dates we give you for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods and services to you. You will become the owner of the goods and services you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address and your payment has been authorized and cleared by the credit card company. Once the goods and services have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods and services. Digital goods and services will be available for download soon after payment unless stated otherwise, and no physical product will be shipped. Orders being shipped to you from outside your country of residence may be subject to the relevant import taxes, customs duties and fees of the destination country, which is the responsibility of the purchaser. Wonderfully Well Made is not liable for any such taxes, duties or fees. We do not currently offer a dedicated physical delivery service to addresses outside of the UK and Ireland, Europe or North America. If your delivery address is outside of the UK and Ireland, Europe or North America and you would like to place an order for a product please contact us at hello@wonderfullywellmade .com to discuss suitable delivery options, which may take longer than 28 days.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. After which time if you order has already been processed or you have already received the goods and services you may cancel your order by returning the goods and services you have ordered within 14 days after they are delivered. The only circumstance in which you cannot cancel your order is where you have taken the goods you have ordered (or the ones in relation to which you want to cancel) out of the sealed package in which they were delivered. To cancel your order you must notify us by writing to the following email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have received the goods and services before you cancel your order then, unless you have lost your right to cancel because you have taken the goods out of their sealed package, you must send them back to the address that will be supplied at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods and services for delivery you must not unpack the goods and services when you receive them and you must send the goods and services back to us at our supplied contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods and services in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Wonderfully Well Made will accept the return of any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Our maximum liability to you arising from any product you purchase from us shall be the price you paid for the product. To arrange a refund or exchange your order you must notify us first by writing to the following email email@example.com. When returning goods we recommend using recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost, delayed or stolen in transit, and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, which shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, and legislation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES of Digital Goods ¶ Services
Due to the nonphysical nature of digital items they cannot be returned or exchanged, this includes all downloadable on-demand courses, guides, workbooks, and e-books. If you have any problems with your digital product or service please contact us at email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to do our best to sort out the issue. Our cancellation policy does not apply to digital goods and services as download links are sent instantly, lease refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section for each digital item for specific terms.
LATE OR LOST ITEMS
Physical items to be delivered within the UK and Ireland will be sent primarily by Royal Mail or courier. Physical items sent internationally may either be sent through the Royal Mail International Standard or Economy service or another suitable postal carrier. Once your items are placed by us with the relevant postal carrier, we are no longer liable for those items and in the event that they are late, lost or stolen, it is with that relevant postal carrier that any liability for late, lost or stolen items will lie. Wonderfully Well Made will, however, endeavour to make all reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking down your items so that they are delivered to you. If you do not receive goods and services ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, or up to 40 days if your delivery address is outside of the UK and Ireland, Europe or North America we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our supplied contact address of the problem within 40 days, or 60 days if your delivery address is outside of the UK and Ireland, Europe or North America of the date on which you ordered the goods and services. Digital goods and services are dispatched with the use of third-party software a provider, including but not limited to MailChimp, teachable, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads. If you do not receive goods and services ordered by you within 8 hours of the date on which you ordered them notify us in writing at our supplied contact email address of the problem within 3 days of the date on which you ordered the goods and services.
Members of the public are not allowed to purchase our goods or services with the specific intent of reselling them in any country without our prior agreement to be obtained in writing. If you are a trade customer including retailer please contact email@example.com to receive the relevant information.
